With a vast knowledge of multi-family management, renovation, and construction, he can target value added assets that will offer the highest possible yields while maintaining low risk. Having owned and managed his own portfolio of multi-family assets. Mr. Nowotarski brings hands on knowledge and expertise with him. Prior to joining HCG he was in charge of new asset stabilization for one of the largest acquisition and management companies in Florida. As Diligence Analyst in the past he can review and write budgets for acquisitions, operations, and rehabs. He has managed and budgeted over $80 million in renovations on rehab projects nationwide. Mr. Nowotarski resides in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
