Kelly joined Hamilton Capital Group in 2021 as Regional Manager overseeing all properties throughout the Florida and Georgia regions. Kelly has been active in the multifamily industry since 1998 where she began her career in Minnesota as a Property Manager until she relocated to Birmingham, Alabama in 2008 and quickly worked her way through the industry to add to her resume Community Manager, Software Trainer, Multi-Site Manager, District Manager, Assistant Regional Manager and Regional Manager.

Prior to coming to Hamilton Capital Group, Kelly worked for Hammond Residential Services as the Assistant Regional for their Alabama and Tennessee Portfolio’s and Blue Magma Residential as the Regional for their Florida and Georgia Portfolio’s. Kelly possesses a strong skill set in financial management, variance analysis, strategic business planning, and building strong operational teams. Kelly has experience in student, conventional, senior living, pre-development, renovations, and lease ups. She has worked in the southeastern multi-family market for the past 13 years where she has been recognized by Birmingham Alabama’s Honorable Mayor William Bell for her outstanding partnership in neighborhood policing and patrolling during the 2011 Magic City Awards.

Kelly resides in Central Florida. Her passions include donating to and volunteering for local homeless shelters and homeless teen organizations. During relaxing times, she enjoys University of Alabama football, the beach, traveling and spending quality time with her family. Kelly also shares her time with her beloved miniature Dachshund, Mason.
