My companies, Better Element & Better Element Property Management, own and manage single family and multifamily rentals in Burlington County NJ. My company purchase C class properties and perform high end rehabs to upgrade the assets to a B+ or A class. I have owned, renovated & sold many properties in the same area over the years. I have worked with Hamilton Capital Group for over 3 years. I have joined the team at Hamilton Capital Group in 2021 to pursue these same opportunities on a larger scale.
