Ms. Nasekos has been involved in the multi-family real estate industry for over 15 years. While in her position as district manager for one of the largest Florida based property management companies, she was responsible for the operation of 20 properties in several states. Ms. Nasekos’ expertise in the stabilization of newly purchased distressed assets made her the go to person for the hiring and training of the new management staff, structuring budgets, and implementing policy to insure optimum results for new acquisitions. In her position with Newport Properties, her extensive lease-up experience with distressed assets has enabled her to exceed budgeted profit and loss expectations by eliminating concessions, minimizing delinquencies, and maintaining occupancy at or above market. Ms. Nasekos has performed forensic analysis on over 7,000 multi-family units recovering 10’s of thousands of lost income while working close with the local police departments. Ms. Nasekos credits her ten years in the U.S Military for her attention to detail and her documented success in achieving her goals. Ms. Nasekos resides in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.
