Mr. Ference has over 35 years of experience in construction and real estate investment and development in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Mr. Ference and his HCG partners together have over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry and have been responsible for real estate transactions valued in excess of $200mm. Their collective expertise includes acquisition and finance, development, construction, sales and marketing, and property management of residential and commercial properties.
HCG’s partners have attained significant experience and knowledge of the real estate market over the last 25 years in several states, with a focus on FL’s urban areas. With extensive hands-on management experience in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama and Arizona, they have established and maintained productive relationships with local, state, and federal authorities. Additionally, they have intimate knowledge of federal housing laws, as well as an understanding of local housing needs, zoning restrictions, and building codes.
